In recent years West African countries have seen the rise in elicit and dangerous substances like Kush, rampantly abused and available in almost every street corner. The most affected countries are Sierra Leone and Liberia, one may be tempted to add the Senegambian region, the 2 Guinees, and the whole West African sub-region.
